This class is designed to give students basic cooking skills. In this hands-on class, students will learn fundamental cooking techniques, such as knife skills, measuring ingredients, and cooking methods. They will also learn how to create a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, main courses, and desserts.


Lab Fee Per Student $180 ($15 per class) covers ingredients & materials needed
