World Geography

 This year in World geography we will cover the Continents, the Oceans, and many countries around the world.  We will discuss culture (music, food, language, art, etc.) and have a few samples of a variety of foreign foods.  We will locate countries on the map and learn their capitals.  The goal of the class is to familiarize students with many countries of the world as well as their physical location and to grow in appreciation of the similarities and differences of the people of the world.
